Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using FastGrant you agree to these terms. If you use FastGrant on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. The service is operated by Alpster for the FastGrant project (fastgrant.eu).
The service
FastGrant provides AI-assisted tools to analyse funding calls, map requirements to an organisation, support concept notes and evaluate proposals. Outputs are assistive drafts only: they are not legal, financial or eligibility advice and do not replace professional judgement. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, completeness and compliance before any sharing or submission to partners, consortia or funding bodies.
Your content and AI models
You retain ownership of materials you upload or generate with FastGrant (documents, messages, concept notes and other outputs), subject to third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service you request. Models are not trained on user-submitted materials or on concept notes (or other outputs) produced through FastGrant. Content may be sent to AI model providers only to fulfil the request in progress, not for training.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FastGrant lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not: abuse the service, circumvent security or capacity limits, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use FastGrant for fraudulent activity toward funding bodies.
Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. During alpha, access is invite-only and may be limited or revoked at our discretion.
Capacity and payments
Paid features consume plan capacity or subscriptions as shown at checkout. Prices and capacity costs may change; the amount charged for a run is the one confirmed at launch. Refunds follow the Pricing page and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastGrant is provided “as is” and “as available” during alpha. We are not liable for funding decisions, missed deadlines, consortium choices or losses arising from reliance on agent outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the courts provided by applicable law, including consumer protections where they apply. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes, where permitted.
