Controller
The controller is Alpster, for the FastGrant project (fastgrant.eu). Contact: support@fastgrant.eu.
Data we process
We process only data needed to run the service: • account and authentication data (e.g. email, name, session); • content you submit to use the product (e.g. documents, messages, access requests); • technical operating and security data (logs, essential cookies, IP address); • network data handled by Cloudflare for DNS, CDN and domain protection. We do not use analytics tools, advertising profiling or marketing tracking.
Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to provide and protect FastGrant (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for security, stability and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell personal data.
Architecture and location
Data are stored on servers in the European Union. The typical service architecture includes: • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and domain security; • application and API hosting in the EU; • Supabase (auth and application data) in the EU; • AI model providers, only when needed to fulfil requests you start. Third parties act as processors within the scope of the service they provide.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After account closure, personal data that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights: support@fastgrant.eu.
