How we use AI — in line with the EU AI Act — and where humans remain responsible.
Purpose of the system
FastGrant is an artificial intelligence system that supports call analysis, concept notes and proposal evaluation. Agents analyse documents and produce drafts to speed up your work. FastGrant does not submit funding applications, decide eligibility or award funds, and does not replace the professional judgement of proposers, organisations or evaluators.
Transparency (AI Act)
In line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform you that you are interacting with an AI system: content generated or assisted by FastGrant is produced by machine-learning models, not by a natural person in real time. Outputs are labelled or presented in the product as AI agent/job results. If content is AI-generated or AI-assisted, treat it as such until you have verified and approved it.
Role and risk
FastGrant is an assistive design and drafting tool. It is not intended for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on natural persons without human involvement. Decisions on applications, funding, partnerships or submissions remain exclusively human. Any score or pre-screening from FastGrant is indicative and is not an official assessment by a funding body.
Human oversight
Always review, edit and approve every deliverable before use. Treat citations, figures, eligibility claims, evaluation criteria and partner statements as drafts until you have verified them against primary sources (the call, official documents, your organisation’s data).
Data and training
Models are not trained on materials you upload or on concept notes or other outputs produced with FastGrant. Content may be sent to model providers only to fulfil the request in progress, as described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Known limits
Models can hallucinate, miss call constraints, misread criteria or over-generalise from the organisation profile. Incomplete, wrong or outdated documents reduce quality. Capacity use reflects compute; it is not a guarantee of eligibility or acceptance.
Prohibited uses
You must not use FastGrant for purposes prohibited by the AI Act or applicable law, including fraudulently manipulating funding bodies, falsifying requirements or identities, or bypassing required human controls. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process.
Your responsibility
You remain accountable for content submitted to funding bodies or partners, confidentiality of third-party materials, and compliance with calls, regulations and contractual duties. Alpster/FastGrant is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of agent outputs.
