SIBYL
your assistant
for grant funding
SIBYL reads the call, tells you whether it’s worth applying, and takes you from the concept note to the final check of your proposal. SIBYL is in private alpha: we open access one person at a time.
More clarity on the right call
SIBYL reads the call and compares it with your organisation’s profile: it tells you whether it’s worth your time, what the critical issues are and who you need to involve. Then it helps you write a concept note to share with your partners, and the proposal on the funding body’s own form. Once the proposal is written, it reads it the way an evaluator would, criterion by criterion, and shows you where it loses points.

Call Analysis
Extracts requirements, deadlines, budget and evaluation criteria, and tells you whether the call fits your organisation. Then you can ask it questions in chat.
→Concept Note
Guides you through the concept note for the call: it starts from the evaluation criteria and suggests where to strengthen your proposal.
→Proposal Writing
Fills in the funding body’s application form as it is, within the call’s length limits. The budget is a spreadsheet, not generated text.
→Quality Check
Re-reads your final proposal against the call’s requirements and criteria. The model judges each criterion; a rules engine computes the score.
→How it works
Upload the call
Upload the call PDF: SIBYL analyses it and maps it to your company or department.
Answer the interview
A few questions about the project and your organisation. Where needed, SIBYL proposes and you confirm.
Download the document
Review everything in the browser, then download a DOCX to share or keep working on.
How SIBYL works
- It doesn’t fill gaps: when something is missing from the call or your documents, SIBYL flags it instead of making it up.
- One agent per job: analysis, concept note, drafting and final check are different tasks, and each has its own.
- The work stays yours: download the document as DOCX and carry on wherever you like.
- It’s an alpha: some things don’t work as they should yet. People who join now tell us what, and we fix it.
